About Healing Qigong
Christopher & Daniela developed this accessible form of Qigong as part of an an immersion and teacher training program offered through Yoga Farm Ithaca in 2022 and 2023. They were joined by Jacob Vermeulen of SongDance, who brought Vocal Sound Healing to the course.
This Qigong has roots in ancient Chinese medicine, and is inspired by many incredible Qigong teachers including Lee Holden, Daisy Lee, Tevia Feng, Grandmaster Yuanming Zhang and more…

Qigong (pronounced ‘Chee - Gung’) is often translated as ‘The art of cultivating vital energy’. It includes flowing movements, simple and potent meditations, sound and visualizations for healing.
Qigong is easier and more accessible than yoga, and doesn’t require any special clothing, props or a yoga mat. It can be practiced outdoors or indoors, standing or seated, and a session can be as short as 10-15 minutes.

Our online 12-week immersion course is first a journey for your own healing, and second, an opportunity to receive certification as a full 200 hour Healing Qigong™ teacher.
